I had my hair done a while back and it was great! The hair stylist was awesome but couldn’t sadly get her name… My hair cut was perfect but I couldn’t stop but overhear the manager talking about politics loudly and clearly. This of course did not ruin the haircut but the experience. Honestly, that’s one of the last things I would like to hear in general let alone while I’m getting my haircut. I hope they learn to talk about such topics behind closed doors or without everyone in the room listening.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten ! This was my third time getting my haircut ! the first two times I was very satisficed, this one was a nightmare, there was only one hair cutter there an older middle Eastern lady. I told her I wanted my haircut to a medium long style and to leave the sideburns long, what I got after her making mistake after mistake was a near GI cut that was uneven and choppy, my sideburns were whacked off also. It was a complete armature night in Dixie mess, worse than my GI barber gave me in the service. I would not recommend this shop unless you get a younger hair cutter

You need and appointment to get served, walk in olso special its early in the morning however they keep answering the phone call while you are getting the haircut, only 1 person on site after they open at 8:00am 2nd person came ot 8: 45 .the employee are very friendly they are welcome you make you feel good because they take time with each client. Good place and clean.

I have been coming to see Chelsea for several months now. She is absolutely amazing! I did used to go to her location over at the Valencia promenade but the managers attitude was rude and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was after she explained how busy they were. I was being patient and understood that they were busy and said i didn’t mind waiting. Chelsea always does a good job and the first time i went to granary it was a much happier environment. So grateful that Chelsea switched over to the granary Square location. I love the atmosphere and the vibe they’re way better and so grateful that that’s where she’s at now!

Friendly people…one might need to be very patient when it comes to your turn especially if you’re a walk in, just make sure you’re not in a rush then all is good. They give a pretty decent haircut compared a typical barber.
