Awful. I have been to Super Cuts in the past, and I know to never trust them, but this recent trip I made my last mistake. I showed the stylist: Alyssa Padilla a picture of what kind of bangs I wanted and what I got was completely incorrect of what I asked and when I asked afterwards if she can blend the bangs with the rest of my hair, she literally told me no she can’t. The bangs I asked for were front fringe and to gradually go shorter to longer to blend with the rest of my hair and what she gave me was a choppy and uneven bang cut. I do not recommend Alyssa Padilla she was very rude and did not make me feel welcome AT ALL.

Never again. Getting a bad hair cut is one thing. Getting a hair cut by someone with a bad attitude is just unacceptable. My apologies to the Lady hairstylist I inconvenienced today by simply coming in and asking for a haircut. Rude the entire time and when I asked for shorter on the sides. I was told it was not a barber shop. I’m sorry you had a bad day and my 10-15 minute haircut was too much to handle. Do yourself a favor. Just stay away and drive a few more minutes to a respectful location.

I usually do walk-ins because the app never works for me. I love how clean it looks and how they cut my hair. I recently regretted taking my daughter somewhere else just because of a coupon. They left her hair uneven. I plan to go back to supercuts to get her hair fixed.

Do not take your kid’s here. I came in and said I needed an appointment for my 19 month old son. The lady had me schedule an appointment for later in the day. I came back and then the stylist told me I had to leave my baby in there or she couldn’t cut his hair if I was in the building. I had my mask on. This is completely unacceptable. I personally had my hair done in a salon a few days ago and another person was across the room getting her hair done, masks on, social distanced.

It’s been me and my kids regular place for haircut since moving to Canyon Country over a year ago. Quality is just OK, no complain for my non-stylist hair but not good enough for the kids. Place is always busy, so waiting time is pretty long for most of the time
