Critical: ProfessionalismAfter this long pandemic I decided to go get my haircut. I had a scheduled appointment at 5:30 PM. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. A customer came after me and was taken to a chair before I was. Once I was taken to a chair I had a kitchen apron placed around my neck. The lady proceeded to cut my hair and got hair all over my clothes. She then tried to get the hair off with a sticky roller. After the haircut I was never offered a hot towel around my neck. I go in to get a trim and I tell the woman I want ONE inch and I walk out a good 3-4 inches shorter. It may not seem like a lot but that is like 6-8 months of hair growth gone. It’s not like the hair cut was bad, but when the hairdresser doesn’t listen to what you want and does her own thing either because she’s too distracted talking to her coworkers or because she thinks her way is better, that should be a red flag. I’ve never had problems here before, I guess it was just this woman. If you’re trying to grow your hair out, be very cautious of who you let touch your hair.

Not the best haircuts for my mom and me. I asked for a trim but too much was cut off. In addition, the back was uneven and I had to try to cut it myself to even it out. As for my mom, I told the girl not to make it too short because when I saw how short my hair was I knew my mom would be unhappy but she didn’t trim my mom’s hair enough. The girls were nice but I’ve definitely had much better haircuts elsewhere.
