I went in for a haircut, thinking if I showed a picture that the stylist could cut my hair the way I wanted it. Nope. She cut it completely opposite. I even went over the picture with here showing her where I wanted it styled and how. I will have to wait to get it grown out to go somewhere else to get it cut the way I wanted. If I could rate a zero star I would. Years ago I went to a branch of Supercuts in Glendale that followed a picture, I thought this branch in La Canada could, but nope!

I placed a 1:45 pm appt for a haircut today. When I arrived at 1:35 pm they said their computers were down and that I had to wait.So it is 30 mins later and I’m still waiting. So much for technology!

I stopped in for a quick haircut with my son. A woman was standing at the computer, and I waited to be greeted. 2 minutes when by as I watched her chew her gum and she ignored us. We were the only ones there! I took my son and left. She called after us, but by that time I found another shop. Would not have cost her anything to say hello, but her rudeness cost the salon 2 customers.
