Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDo not bother to make an appointment!! The person who walked in the door 30 seconds before me was giving priority…one minute before my online appointment time!!! Yes, I was upset. I had to wait 18 minutes even though I had followed directions and made an online appointment. The stylist knew I had an appointment and claimed her boss said she had to take walk ins! WHAT!? So why bother making an appointment! And they are still charging a $4 covid cleaning/safety fee, but nothing was done between appointments to warrant this fee. I have been going here for years…but there used to be different management/ownership. Sadly I waited for the only Staff person(stylist) to patiently wait on a customer who was perusing the hair products. Had she seated me and then started on my haircut, I’d have been alright Instead, we all waited( another person was waiting after me) as the Supercuts stylist kept dealing with the woman to painstakingly question prices and ingredients and clearance sale information….The Supercuts stylist is to blame, not the customer, although she was mindless and self-consumed.
