Horrible! Horrible! customer service, the lack of organization is ridiculous. First one of the employees confirmed my appointment for 9am. I show up it turns out it is at 11:15 am. Okay I come back. Next Beatrice arrives at 11:35am and has no sense of urgency out of courtesy atleast because she’s late. No, she still goes in the restroom and takes her sweet a** time! At this point I’m already like that’s it I’m leaving this is ridiculous! It’s now 11:50 I’m leaving and the lady is still in the restroom! Worst experience ever, a waste of time shame on them for the charging the prices they do with service like that! Please think twice before coming here.

The stylist was very nice and polite but she does not know how to style hair! She left my left side of my head longer than my right after asking for a drop fade. And it is very visible not like she can’t see that I have legit strands of hair on one side and a fade on the other. Will probably be my last time coming to this store after this experience nice people but horrible haircuts. The only persons who has cut my hair good is the tall lady.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went there on Saturday to match the ends of my grown out highlights, cool blonde over natural honey blonde, and they dyed all of my hair a brassy red color not like my hair at all and clashed with my pigment. I went back yesterday for them to fix it and she said she would ash it out to cancel the red and then add highlights over and I selected a light blonde highlight of honey tone and they made all of my hair super bleached and light/bright neon orange. I can’t go anywhere from embarrassment and I spent $150+tip to have my hair ruined. They will not refund and hungup on me when I asked. She said her “God hates me” at the end yesterday and I was polite yesterday at the redo. I do not understand their comments. Also, yesterday I had shown a picture and last Saturday they had the ends of my hair to match.
