Very disappointing customer service skills from Mary. I had two appts, one for me at 5 & one for my sister at 5:30. We arrived at 4:45 and patiently waited as both (Mary & Karen) were working on people. As soon as Mary finished her person at 5:05, she checks the computer to see appts and asked what we were there for. I said both of us for cuts & shampoos. She then says she can cut but can’t do shampoos and asks if we still wanted the service… Whaaaaaat?! That’s what our appts were booked for. It was now just after 5, nobody else was in there waiting and they close at 7. I didn’t see the problem & couldn’t understand what the issue was other than she just didn’t want to work. So annoyed, I told my sister (who’s handicapped & uses a walker) let’s go. We’ve been repeat customers and couldn’t understand the treatment.

Walked in as soon as they opened and got a haircut. The best haircut I’ve ever had. It was short like I like it and only took 20 minutes. Maryleen was very professional, fast and really the only hair stylist that has really listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. I DEFINITELY will be back. Thank you for giving me such a boost.

Obscurcity
Been getting a lot of haircuts here for many years. It wasn’t until recently they messed my hair up. Had told the lady I wanted it like in the picture with layers. She straight up cut it straight down ignoring the layers. I have no idea how she works there. Likely not coming back here anymore and wouldn’t recommend coming here
