I’m a big fan! Love how easy it is to get in at short notice. But not all staff are created equal! Most of the time, my haircut is as I requested and I’m very happy with the result. But once the cut was ok but I did not like the end result (product was put on my hair that I did not request nor want) and I hated the styling. Learn the names of your favorites stylists and then request them next time. Worth any additional wait time.
