I brought my 3 year old son today for the first time. We came in as a walk-in, but we didn’t have to wait too long and the staff was very friendly. The young lady, Alexis did a very good job at cutting his hair (so detailed). I’ve taken him other places before and they weren’t as attentive to detail. Sometimes, I’d still have to go home and make minor adjustments/trim off some hairs that were missed. That was not the case today. Alexis made sure she got all his peach fuzz, sideburns, and neckline… aside from her doing a good job, she was very sweet, attentive and patient with my son. She even made sure she explained to him (in a way that he would understand) what tools she’d be using so that he wouldn’t be scared.

The young girl who cut my daughter’s hair cut it crooked. She didn’t make sure her hair was brushed through instead went over the knots & then cut. When asked if she was doing okay by coworker she said yes, when in fact she was just cutting without parting or making sure hair was even. She cut my hair too and cut off more than asked. No layers either. ♀️ if I can give it zero stars I would.

My husband had appt and still had to wait 15 mins because only one person working. Then this Maria comes in and gives a Attitude to the one worker who was working as if she wasn’t working, And the one customer waiting, this Maria was rude to them… the mom is telling her what she’s wants done on her daughter and totally not listing to her,!
