I took my son for a simple haircut. We had an appointment at 4:45pm. There was only one person that walked in and the woman there by the name of Nina, was slow and seemed inexperienced.

I always got my pop dye and cut here and they always did a good job. But this time was the worst. I went in at 1 and didn’t get out until 4:30 Usually it’s an hour max but it took over 3 hours to do a simple dye (no bleach) and a trim. At the end, I had to pay 75 dollars for a dye when the dye didn’t even come out and additional 26 for the cut that he was shaking for the entire time. They say it’s because I have dark hair but that’s not true because I have always gotten the pop purple without bleaching and it always comes out perfect. He also didn’t put any dye in the front, only the back. So I paid for nothing to be done. I’m gonna have to get it done again somewhere else now. Waste of time and money. What’s worse is that the girl there with him knew he couldn’t do it and they still did it anyway. They shouldn’t have wasted my money if they knew they couldn’t do the job. He also didn’t give my receipt so I can’t even post a customer complaint.

My wife took our boys in for a haircut. She made an appointment for their haircut. When she arrived they did not honor the appointment. Instead they invited a walk-in customer and had them wait. Then, when it was my son’s turn, rather than wait a few minutes for him to get out of the restroom, they took a different client as well. Why have appointments if they aren’t going to honor them ? (Rhetorical; not asking) she was not satisfied with the service.

I dont recommend coming here for a skin fade, i realize you typically go to barber shop for that kind of thing. However the lady who cut my hair said she could do it, when in reality her reason for not being able to do it was she diddnt have the correct tools. On top of that, she was ripping my hair out rather than cutting it on top with a buzzer where no fade was needed. And she started to give me attitude for asking for a closer cut. I diddnt catch her name but you would be better off going somewhere else to avoid the headache. All she had to say was no i cant do a skin fade in the beginning before she started to rip my hair off and there would of been no problem. If i could give zero stars i would. My question is why did supercuts even higher someone with an attitude like hers, the way she talked to me was terrible. Bad customer service.

The first barber was a 3/5 but when they were insistent that I didn’t leave without a satisfied haircut and the 2nd Barber hit me up with the tight fade to finish the job I knew this was the place that didn’t want their customers to leave un-satisfied.

The person who cut my hair did a piss poor job of convincing me to ever come back to her or the Supercuts she works at. Besides the fact that she was trying to be a receptionist and at the exact same time be a hair stylist going back and forth between actual customers and potential customers really made my experience a bad one and the hair stylist/receptionist herself rounded out my awful experience. Needless to say my haircut was unimpressive and it all ended up extremely uneventful. When I pay/tip to have my haircut I wanna feel good about the whole dang experience!

Maria and Chelsea should be given a raise. I applaud them because they are the reason I go to supercuts. They are true heroes as the cut the hair of emergency professionals, educators and 1st responders. Who do we call in hair emergencies. Maria and Chelsea. I call them the Dream Team!
