They wash your hair with your shoulder, back, and sleeves wet. She covered the towel on the chair, but not on my shoulder or face. I had to ask for a nylon cape and she even tried to explain that the water was from my hair.

Communication is hard with foreign women, but I have been there several times but today was the first time with this Hungarian lady that said she understood how I wanted my sons hair cut but apparently she didn’t cause it was uneven all over and now it’s sticking up in the back. The sad part is we are going to see family that we haven’t seen in a while to put my aunt to rest today. My son only 11 yrs old is a great trooper, it’s OK mom, I don’t mind, its not about me, it’s about getting or the funeral home on time and thank god we are able to attend and spend time with family our loved ones. I love my miracle son Timothy for having an amazing big heart. So proud to be your mother❤

I walked in, last minute wanting a complete makeover! Well, actually going from bleached blonde back to brown. I immediately was greeted by Zana. (I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous!) This was a huge change for me. Anyway, Zana was able to fit me in, and made me feel very comfortable. She was more knowledgeable than this color specialist I was going to for years. She was quick, thorough and delightful. I honestly, did not expect to walk out of SuperCuts this happy! Zana, is my new “go-to” girl for everything! Yolanda was my stylist and she crushed it. Visiting from out of state, needed a haircut while on break from the theme park (weird I know) and came in and got my hair cut and beard trimmed. My mom is a retired hair stylist and Yolanda was probably the best hair cut I’ve gotten besides her. Very welcoming and she deserved the good tip I left. Thanks Yolanda.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI went there and showed the girl an inspo picture of what I wanted. It was a simple fade on an undercut. And I kid you not the lady shaved of half my hair completely bald and left the rest almost exactly the same. It was horrible. And she was rude and after she made the first cut my mom got up to speak to her and said to not shave so much off and she continued to shave more. And then guy before me his hair was messed up as well. Also my appointment was at 5:15 and she didn’t start doing my hair to 5:50. And I kid you not the lady shaved of half my hair completely bald and left the rest almost exactly the same. It was horrible. I went in yesterday had an appointment at 9 AN, I was seemed by Zyana. I asked for natural highlights. She said honey highlights will look nice on you. I agreed I was super excited. She did her worked I came home 4 hours later I noticed the highlights were too bright , I called in Zyana said come in I will fixed them for you. I went in and today I woke up & the highlights are red!!! will not be going back. The lady is nice but unfortunately not happy with the work. Now, I will have to pay to get my hair fix. Update: I called the number provided by the Business saying that they take reviews Seriously. What a joke, I called and lady stated I’m busy now but will call you this evening, no body called. Unbelievable!!! Update 09/16/21 yesterday I received a called from Maura a supervisor from another location, we talked & she will be fixing my hair on Saturday! Update: 9/21/21 I am so super exited my hair is FIX! Myra you Rock! You are amazing! I really like my highlights now!!!
