Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked the new lady to just trim the sides. Told her start with a 1/2 clip and fade it into my regular mens haircut. She took the 1/2 clip and shaved the whole side of my head. Then when I told her she already ruined it just do it all the way around she proceeded to try and do it correctly on the other side now I have 2 different cuts on each side of my head! Never again! I went in thinking I would save money on a haircut since local barbers now charge upward of $25 just for a cut. Since I was just in need of a low cut and a beard trim, I figured it would cost approx $20. After it was all done, it came out to $38 dollars!!!

VERY RUDE! As with the other customers who wrote the same reviews you walk into an empty store and they are very rude. They wanted me to come back and make an appointment as the lady had to go on break in an hour. I am sorry but I have been to many Supercuts and a PM shine and haircut only takes an hour (or less)!

Long story short. I made an appointment and was running late. I called and they told me it was no problem. I show up at the time they told me would be better for them and they didn’t hold my appointment because I didnt call back??? They told me they wouldn’t be able to cut my hair. They seem very unorganized and quite rude. Luckily I walked into Fantastic Sams around the corner and they were very nice and did a great job on my hair.

No experience in cutting children’s hair. Stylist wouldn’t even talk to my child who was afraid facial expressions said all!! Horrible customer service!! Not to mention the hair cut my son got (ended up getting for free) horrible job!!! Ended up going else where and having to shave off all His beautiful curls. Will NEVER go back & will NEVER recommend not even for free!!
