Only 2 beauticians and one of them is slow and talks WAY to much. People are waiting and she spends as much time talking as cutting. I believe she was flirting with the guy in her chair, but couldn’t speak Spanish well enough to tell. I do know she recut his hair at least 3 times and I have been waiting 40 minutes already. (He wasn’t washed or blow dried either..) The other beautician did 2 people during the same time. I ended up having the quicker professional cut my hair and she did a great job. No complaints with her.

Sale’s ID 101863 on 11/13/22. I didn’t ask for a large part of my head to be shaved. Most awful hair cut in 5 minutes! She told me hair grows two inches in a month. It actually grows half an inch per month, or six inches per year. I won’t need another hair cut for a year! 1st time visiting this location.. previously I got an amazing haircut from stylist Araceli. She hit it it out of the ball park, first time up! I absolutely loved my hair cut. I intended to go back and have my hair cut by Araceli but she was not there.

I went in for a haircut and this is not my first time. There were two women and a man working. Apparently the women were not comfortable taking me so they passed me off to the guy. I understand and am not offended if you’re unfamiliar with my texture but going to the back and hiding isn’t a welcoming feeling. I applaud the man for taking me but I could tell he wasn’t familiar either. He tried but I was wanting something different. You may want to at least try to learn different types of hair especially at a nationwide salon that employs all ethnicities.

I have a problem every single time I come to this place. It’s usually one woman working and she always has a reason why she needs to decline service. Today, it was because she said she was closing 2 hours early and said it was my issue for not checking in online. I didn’t know it was required for me to check in online. Never have heard that one before. Terribly managed.

Got a super fast perfect men’s haircut, 3 on the side 5 on top. Hairdressers name was Valencia and she was an absolute angel, I’m 100% sure this is going to be my new regular place so I strongly encourage you to check it out. I was lucky to get there when there was no one else waiting but after I walked in about four other people came in so definitely get here earlier make an appointment on the phone
