Critical: ProfessionalismI had Summer do a dry cut to my hair for the first time which turned out fine but the 2nd time I called to try to make an appointment for highlights it was unsuccessful. When I called and asked for Summer I was told that Summer was not available and to leave my name and number and she’ll have Super call me back most likely the following day. That was already a red flag but I waited for a call the next day and no call. So I called back the 3rd day and Summer answered and when I asked her if she got my message she said no. When I told her what I wanted done to my hair she told me to call back the next day because she was busy. I was totally shocked so I just said yes but when I thought about everything I decided not to pursue it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went to this Supercuts yesterday 3/24/21. My Stylist Summer was hands down one of if not the Best Professional Stylist I’ve ever encountered. She totally hooked me up with a solid fade, She was sympathetic regarding the circumstances for my visit to LA, she listened to me ramble on about my Native American morning customs, and she even provided me with excellent information when I asked her about donating my hair to a nonprofit organization to make wigs.Seriously if you’re in LA and you need an Amazing Stylist go to Supercuts on W.
