For the first time in more than 5 years, I went to get my hair cut yesterday. The stylist that took me was a tiny lady. Thought nothing of this until I realized, MY HAIR WAS LONGER THAN HER ARMS. She literally could not lift my hair and reach the ends! She had me stand up as she took off the 2 inches of split ends at the bottom (as I asked her too) but then I sat back down and she went around and around my head trimming, each time trying to reach the ends and I noticed my hair getting shorter… and shorter… then shorter still, when she came around to the front and realized that the sides didn’t match anymore (arms getting tired?) So she went once more around, taking off another inch. Then again with another inch. Through all of this, she never stood directly in front of me and checked to see if the right and left side matched!

They took about 10 min to cut my hair and my sons with no attention to detail. I’d rather spend $60 on someone who isn’t going to rush. No one in the lobby so not sure what the rush was.

I’ve gone to this particular Supercuts since I was 21, in my 50’s now. Although there is a turn over from time to time. Their staff is consistently good. Friday evenings are busy.

Really friendly, but average hair cut. I get a simple #1 fade and it just didn’t work, really hard lines on one side, didn’t blend at all. I might go back for convenience since I didn’t have a wait and ask for a different stylist.
