I went in to get a trim and hair glaze. Terry suggested a keratin treatment also which I did. A trim to my passed shoulder length hair turned into a real haircut. Terry cut layers, which I did not ask for. There were 2 layers, one started at the top of my EARS and the other at my CHIN. All the while I couldn’t see what was going on because she had me turned away from the mirror. She said she was matching the hair glaze color to my natural color (dark ash blonde), I left with black hair and a pixie cut. It was a complete botch. Horrible. I regret not taking a picture and sending it to Supercuts headquarters. Please do not go here. I don’t know how they are still in business.

The staff are hit or miss on quality. They tend to be understaff and I see them turn more people away than service, even mid-day. The wait can be well over an hour! The prices are much higher than any of their other locations. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
