Terrible service. I went for a hair cut but I let the girl know that I wasn’t sure what kind of hair cut I wanted so she told we were gonna try one thing first and then we can change it at the end if I didn’t like it. When she finished she just trimmed my hair it looked almost the same so I asked her if there was something else she recomend me to do so it can look better and her answer was “ there is, but I don’t have time right now because I have another clien coming in” come on, I made a reservation and I was on time but they still hadn’t time for me?? I don’t get it

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment they told me to come back at 1140. I waited a hour and when I show up at 1130 wait 10 minutes someone walks in and they rsje him. And tell me he had an appointment at 1040. Well so unfortunately he missed his appointment i didn’t so he should have had to make another rude bad service
