I got a high zero fade with pomade. I think they went a too high on one side. Also not sure what their prices were for a haircut as there were no obvious visible signs on pricing that I noticed. But $24? and expecting a tip is too expensive. That price is closing in on a more professional haircut with hair washing. Also their check in app said it wasn’t available for this location, meaning they get very little customers next to a Walmart.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. The lady did not listen to anything I said I Wanted which was a messy look with a low blend and keep the crown. She turned me around so I couldn’t see what she was doing and then proceeded to cut off all my hair. Blend was up super high and my crown is gone. She rushed thru it and now I gotta walk around with this horrible haircut. Be careful when coming here….. Just make sure you’re watching what they’re doing cuz they don’t listen or at least the lady that talks a lot didn’t today

If I could give them a zero star I would. Called in advance and made an appointment. When I showed up they told me there were people in front of me and I’d have to wait. I waited around for 15 mins and left. If you make an appointment you should be seen at the time you make it for period. That’s how I run my business when someone makes an appointment. They’ve already let be known they don’t have time to wait around by making an appointment.

My Husband, my youngest daughter, and myself loved our experience. Erin did my hair and Shane did our littlests hair and it was an absolute blast. I got checked in with Erin and both of them made us feel right at home. I got 13inches cut off, and it looks and feels so much better, so much easier to syle and I forgot how curly my hair can get! This was also our daughter’s first hair cut and Shane was so sweet and so fun, making her laugh and giggle. I was given everything needed to donate all my hair and a cute frame for our daughters since it was her first haircut. We are so happy, thank you.

I have been to this location several times in the past with great results. Today was NOT one of those occasions! I called ahead as was hoping to get on the schedule or find out if they were busy. I was told by the receptionist that answered “hold just a minute while I check this person out”. She set the phone on the counter as I could hear all the background sounds. This went on for the entire 15 minutes it took me to drive to the store. Upon entering the store, the receptionist was at the front counter and the phone was laying on the counter. I mentioned that I had been on hold while driving in and was told “yeah we have to do that when it’s busy”. I was then informed there were no appointments available. And she then just turned around and went back to cutting someone’s hair. I then asked if there was a number or contact for the manager or owner and was told “we don’t give out that information”.
