In June I received a horrible haircut. Today I went to the Sparks Supercuts Missy cut my hair I almost left in tears it was so perfect. The atmosphere when you walk into that store is uplifting . I felt so comfortable and was treated so well. Missy is gifted Phoenix makes the place feel like you they known you forever. I will never get my haircut by anyone Missy is do gifted. Give that girl a raise, nobody else will ever cut my hair. Thank you missy you rock Phoenix your hysterical.

The first time I walked into this place back in January, it felt like home to my 3 boys and me. Laura and Phoenix have the best customer service and my kids (8,5 and 4) instantly fell in love with their “hair cut ladies”. Phoenix always leaves me beyond excited to leave the shop with a new color. I’ve received soooo many compliments every time. She’s helped restore my hair to good health and always gives me tips on a long lasting color. It’s always the “best day ever” for all of us after leaving. I have never LOVED a place so much and will continue to keep coming back as long as Laura and Phoenix work here. It’s always fresh and clean and full of laughter.

The online booking was speedy and open availability. However, the store was overpowering in incense, which gave me an immediate headache. The hairstylist was a bit rude to the customers who came in, who were international and seemed confused a little confused about process. They said on different occasions, appointment for two where the stylist just said, “ find a seat and we will get to you when we get to you.” . From my few minutes waiting, having an appointment didn’t really matter.
