I made appointment for assemtrical bob with shampoo and stylist said she isn’t sure if she could do it and her demeanor was not PLEASANT very rude. Her name is Mala and looked at my hair and me as if I were road kill, It was so painfully obvious she didnt want to service my needs. She simply did not show any effort to be helpful simply saying “No you can wait for another stylist” So we went to another salon. Otherwise I would have to wait 30 minutes making the appoinment set a waste of time.

Worst experience ever..how come they take others hair for granted.. last year i went for blow dry it was ok but yesterday went for highlights worst experience.. hair cut is not as expected. If i ask her to correct it she said nonsense reasons. Color is OMG very very bad.. she is pulling the hair … no concern about pain.. i didn’t understand how some one who works at hair salon cannot do blow dry with curls. I spent 300$ and still not happy ..i regret going to this salon. Never going back there. other super cuts charged less and did great job.

I’m the kind of person that gives a person another chance. So I gave the salon another chance. I’ve been coming here since I moved on this side of Vegas. So I would say I’ve been coming here for the last 2 1/2 years. I enjoyed coming here but it seems like this salon has been going downhill since they’ve been popping managers left and right. The last time I was here they did an OK job on my hair. It wasn’t until I made a appointment that made me not come here anymore. It’s how they conduct themselves in customer service over the phone and in-person. It’s how they treat the customer because you’re gonna trust this person with a pair scissors that’s gonna cut your hair. So if you don’t have good customer service how can you trust the person that’s going to cut your hair.

Pretty disappointed. I went in to get the peekaboo highlights fixed or touched up, I came out with uneven blonde in my hair and I have cheetah spots and random blonde at the tip of my hair. I asked to be fixed and I went back in but I was too upset to get it fixed and risk my hair being more ruined. I went to buy box dye to dye my whole hair one color and went to another hair salon in Hope’s they can fix it. I hate that I wasted money to get my hair done.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for a couple of years. It’s easy to make an appointment online so wait time can be significantly reduced. The staff is always helpful and chatty to the right level. My haircut is very simple and every stylist who has helped me did an excellent job. Give them a try.

Great service & they fit me in walking in! I forget the young (brunette) women’s name who cut my hair, but She was NOT only super talented but extremely friendly & engaging! I was so pleased, I went back to say thanks again; my wife loves my haircut! Thanks to the Manager & this Stylist (who’s Husband is Hawaiian)

Online booking system is easy and recommended so there are no surprises when you arrive. My experience on 07/02/21, for the most part was good up until the worker picked up a clear bottle that has blue liquid inside with masking tape affixed to it and a handwritten “Disinfectant spray” is sprayed on to wet my hair. I noticed it when she put it down on the counter. I asked her after she rang me up if that was disinfectant spray, and she said “oh, you should be fine.”.
