Unfortunately, I missed my appointment and was late, so I became a walk-in and I completely understand. I was told to wait and they would get to me. I thanked them form still taking me. A lady came in after I did, also as a walk-in with no appointment. She was also told to wait. Then a man with an appointment entered and he sat and waited, as well. Once the two stylists finished their current customers and were ready to assist us that were waiting, the lady that came in after me was assisted next, and then the man who had the appointment (makes sense, he had the appointment). I should have been assisted before the lady that came in after I did, as a walk-in. Very unfair and neither one ever address me or apologized. Complete disregard for what is fair. Rather than make a scene, I politely left. It’s a shame that we as people treat each other this way, and demand that we receive the treatment that we are unwilling to give.

I just want to say such a huge thank you to Mariana she is such an Angel and made me feel so much better, I had a pretty bad haircut done a few weeks ago at a different salon and she was able to fix it and it now looks so much better and I am so much happier and satisfied with the way it looks now. She was so patient and understanding and I definitely will be going back to her.

But when I went to walk in the lady at the door that they needed me to wait in the car in my car for another 10 minutes to see me. But when I see you employee sitting down in there chairs relaxing not cutting hair and your make me wait it’s hard for me to understand. I’ve been going here for about a year now, after Amy helped save my hair before my sister’s wedding. I’ve been coming back almost monthly ever since. She’s awesome! Amy is super friendly, always fun to talk to, and does an amazing job on my hair every time. I always leave happy with what I get.
