Critical: QualityThought about whether I should post this but people need to be warned. First time cutting my hair here due to desperate circumstances. Apparently there was good reason I never got a haircut from supercuts. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever paid for or gotten for free and I’m in my forties. Fade was uneven and top was uneven all over like I have a permanent cowlick. Pay more anywhere else or cut your own hair before coming here. My buddy warned me about his experience at another supercuts but I thought he was unlucky. Apparently they let anyone with clippers and scissors cut hair here. I made an appointment for 3:30 and ended up going to the wrong location. I made it to the correct location by 3:50 and apologized for being late. Angela told me they are so busy that they’ve moved onto the next client and refuse to “squeeze” my daughter in. Mind you at the time she’s cutting an elderly gentleman’s hair and he’s completely bald on top and has what I would call wisps of hair on the bottom half that she is tenderly cutting while telling me she is just too busy. I’m currently at the Fantastic Sam’s down the street. They took her in immediately, just by luck, and were shocked the other salon didn’t try harder. I’ll be adding pictures of my daughters hair and doing a review for Fantastic Sam’s once her hair is done.

Arguably one of the worst hair cuts of my adult life and im in my 40s. My regular barber was out of town, it was after 5, this was pretty much the only place open and I had to catch a flight in a few hours.

The quality of this location is extremely dependent on what hairstylist you get. I don’t think that’s very unusual but the difference in skill here is much more pronounced than in other places that I’ve been to.
