Asked for a 1 faded on the sides and a trim up top. She asked if I wanted a 1,2,3 on the sides and i said no just a 1 with a fade. Maybe I should have taken the hint. She cut a 1 all the way to the top leaving a little island of hair with no fade. Maybe there was confusion about what I wanted but I’ve never had a problem with those instructions any other place. For over $20 I would expect those instructions to be easy to understand/follow. For the price I would just recommend buying a pair of clippers and doing it yourself.

I always make our appointments online for three of us in our household, and the last time I made a mistake while choosing the hour. There was a place to cancel the appointment, which I did, and made a new appointment. Unfortunately I had to do this three times to get consecutive appointments. Each time I canceled before making a new on and each time the website told me that my appointment was canceled. When we arrived for our appointment one of the stylists yelled at us for being late, for making three appointments without canceling, and keeping them waiting. We tried to explain that the website assured us the appointment was canceled but neither of the stylists would listen or believe us. I asked why they didn’t call if they had a concern but told me they were too busy. That I believe (because they were busy) but they couldn’t have been standing around waiting for us in that case.

If you are a guy and need a haircut do not go-to this place. I asked for a low fade on the side and follow hair line on back and I came out with pretty much a Mohawk. Highest fade I’ve ever seen. I am very disappointed the price they charge for a haircut and can’t even listen to simple direction! Stay away. You’d be better off asking your wife or even your kid to cut your hair and still come out with a better haircut!

Stylist was rude and did not give me the hair cut that I requested. At the end of the cut, I asked the stylist to make corrections where she impatiently made my cut worse. Stylist stared me down and rushed me out of the chair. I can forgive my 2:20 pm appointment starting twenty minutes late but her attitude was absolutely unacceptable.

Rolled up at opening time to try to get the haircut done and out of the way, but the door was locked 5 minutes after they were scheduled to open and no one was in there. No sign to indicate they were observing the holiday, so I looked up their phone number on the website and called. They were open, but they were booked until noon. Weird, but whatever. Made the appointment and ran a few other errands.
