Been coming here for awhile and Regina, who is no longer there, used to cut my hair. Loved her. Last few times I went on a Sunday and Reece cut my hair. Loved it. Yesterday I went in for a trim and the girl there basically just combed my long hair down and then cut it straight across. If I wanted that I would have had my spouse do that. I explained I was wanting the long layers trimmed as well. She seemed upset that I asked her to do that and proceeded to just to another trim around my face. I asked her again and she said she would not do what I wanted. I’m not sure if she just didn’t want to trim my long layers or just was lazy and didn’t want to work or just doesn’t know how to cut longer hair. My hair is layered and to my mid-back. She rushed me out after paying . She was rude and unwilling to listen to my requests about what I wanted. I tried to get a hold of the new manager but have not heard back. I do not recommend this place nor her. She was cranky and rude. I felt like I had been ripped off.

I just went in to get a cut. Mine is a real easy cut number three all over. I was told that it would be 1:30 before they can get to me. Just to let you know it’s 11:30 now. Three people working but problem is six people called in for cuts. I consider Supercuts and great clips to be a fast food haircut place. They are far from being a salon. A lady and her child along with me walked out. They missed out on three cuts. Two of the ladies was not cutting anyone’s hair just waiting for the call in to come in. What a waste for the company.

Hello Albuquerque, I went to supercuts yesterday and finally got a wonderful layered haircut from Emily, and well she honestly helped me and talked about what options I have for my bleached out hair, she laughed and I laughed, it was a great experience, she also is willing to give advice for my future hair adventures. Shes truly a great at her job, she makes you feel good and shes kid hearted person with no judgement towards my damaged hair haha so that was awesome. THANK YOU Emily!

Stylist was very sweet but i feel like she kind of did what she thought would look good rather than ask me how I wanted my cut. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m still unhappy that she did layers after specifically saying I wanted one length. Oh well, it’s just hair. Not sure I’ll go back here though
