I’m learning to live jennica kettle
My husband I arrived at this location at 9:09 AM. He wanted a hair cut. I just wanted my hair washed. They had appointments and told us it would be about 45 min wait. We said that was fine and sat in the salon to wait. Other people woth appoints were taken back before us that’s fine I get it. Than another customer who was a walk in came in. That customer was taken before we were. We had been waiting for 1.5 hours by that point. We walked out and did not have any services.. and we will NOT be back. Very poor customer service.

I asked for feathered out layers alone my entire head and she left it choppy and the layers didn’t connect as all, she also sent me off without blow drying my hair and I left the salon with wet choppy hair. This place has workers that are very very good at their work (2) lady’s especially take the time and do your hair right no matter if it’s almost time to close they still treat you like if you like you walked in or had an early morning appointment all staff is friendly the lady that does good hair is the lady on the right side right when you walk in the building curly hair older lady a little bit past shoulder like there another one is right on the other side to her left of her they could have very very well

Me and my sister had an appointment scheduled for 4 o clock, we scheduled it a week early yet when we got to the salon the employees told us our appointment was for 3:30. There was no one in the lobby at the time and the employees had attitude. I don’t recommend them. There’s no point in making an appointment if they’re just going to change the time to what they want.

The salon is clean and modern with great stylists who have left me satisfied every time! They are also fast and have affordable prices, but it can get busy on the weekends so it’s best to call in to make a reservation or go during the week.

Called to get added to the waiting list, was told they prefer appointments and there wasn’t time that day. Called a few weeks later to get scheduled and when I got there, 15 minutes early, I get told that it’s gonna be awhile. There were 3 employees. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if you have to wait until the lobby is cleared before being seen. That’s just not right, I waited in that parking lot and could’ve been there before that lobby got full. Just leave it as a walk on basis and stop setting up appointments, stop asking if they have a reservation. That’s too big a word to use if you don’t know the meaning.

The stylist were very friendly and helpful. I took my grandson there for a haircut. I thought that she did a good job and tryed to accommodate what he wanted. I would definitely recommend.
