Overall, I had a good experience. The two stylists were working hard. As it in other SuperCuts locations, I’ve felt that I get a quality, no-nonsense haircut. However, the other element to a store like this is the wait time. Personally, I don’t think waiting 30min for a haircut in this type of salon is appropriate. But, with just two stylists working and a steady stream of customers, that was the reality. The stylists said the management had cut back from 3-4 stylists to 2. And, when I sat down, customers were being quoted of wait times over 45 mins. Given what I saw, despite the stylists working their tails off, waits were long, and I’ll pick another SuperCuts location to go to next time.

Had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and was seen on time. I had requested a hair wash, cut and style when making the online appointment. Wash was ok, conditioning hurried. Kaitlin stopped to greet 3 different customers and went searching for something (?). I was out by 10::20. Haircut is ok. Style not. The most annoying thing was that she kept looking at her watch. If I had not made an appointment and others who had were waiting, I could understand her anxiousness to a point. The cost $40. I asked how it came out to $40 since it was only $25 a few weeks ago, I was told that is what came up on computer. I had a wonderful experience 4 weeks ago with Ashley (she has,unfortunately) left your employ. Won’t be back.

They said they could cut curly hair but did such a terrible job my hair is uneven when it’s straight and when it’s my natural curl when they combed they were ripping out my hair and told me to straighten it next time I come in proving to me they can’t cut curly hair they put in hair products that dried out my hair and gave me split ends with how much they ripped out my hair never coming here again unless you get an African American hair stylist

I’m taking my hair from my natural dark brown to a cool blonde in steps with Monique. I am very satisfied with the results I’m a freak about my hair and want it to stay as healthy as possible. I leave loving the color and my hair is still healthy and strong she is awesome!!! I’m also mixed and have very curly hair and she knows how to work with it, I even had a hair cut from her and loved it. She’s knowledgeable in what she’s doing and does it well!! Terrible Service. Rushed haircut, literally was in the chair for less than 5 minutes. Paid for my “haircut” and left, I should know not to stray from my barber but I was in a hurry. Charges the same as my regular place but with 10% of the effort.
