Will never use Super Cuts again!! My daughter called the Green Valley Super Cuts and made appointments for her and her 5-year-old daughter haircuts. The person who answered the call made the appointments for 5:30 and 5:45PM with Stephanie. Arrived at the salon, no customers present. Discussed with her that the 5 year old was getting a trim and my daughter wanted several inches cut off. She tells my daughter that she can’t cut their hair because they have lice nits in their hair!! NO THEY DID NOT HAVE LICE!!!! Stephanie just wanted to leave the salon at 6pm and she couldn’t do that unless she humiliated my daughter with her bald face lie!

Went up m to get a cut and color. I asked to match the current blond color and then add highlights. Came out very reddish and only did highlights one color up so you can’t even see the highlights. Asked to layer hair in back and she refused (said it would make it frizzy). Cost almost $300. Not happy and will never get my hair colored there again.

Critical: PunctualityI set an appointment for 6pm online for a kids haircut. When I arrived the stylist Esmeralda was finishing up a color application. I told her I had an appointment about 5 minutes later a family of 2 kids walked. Esmeralda asked if she could do their haircuts first because they had already been waiting over 30 minutes. I was little annoyed but said yes thinking it wouldn’t take her that long. It was then 6:30. While doing those kids hair the same client walked brought in two additional kids. Esmeralda looked so worried and asked the mom if they needed haircuts too. The other client mom actually said no because I know this other person has been waiting too and how she didn’t want to impose on me and that she had already been here too long. After she left Esme still had to rinse off the color from the first client which I assume had already been there at least two hours. She then had to put that client on hold to cut my kids hair at around 7:30s I am so annoyed to have waited almost two hours but overall it makes me feel even worse for the stylist. She was trying so hard to get thing’s done but it is impossible for one person to do all that. The fact that all the people in the salon had to accommodate one another and wait so long is just sad. One person can not be alone since 3 pm especially now that the school year has started and moms and people that work are trying to get things done. I waited because I had to and has no other closer choice but it’s unprofessional to have “appointment times” that can’t be kept.Once again it wasn’t the stylists fault she never spoke bad about anything but it was sad to see someone so stressed out and overworked. Esmeralda was professional and she did her best but whoever does the employee schedule needs to do better if not for the customers then at least for their fellow coworkers.
