Worst experience ever!!! I took my 10 year and a 5-year-old son in for a haircut. The lady that was cutting the hair for my 10-year-old son seems to not know anything about haircutting. The transition in the back looked like it was run over by a lawnmower. After I pointed that out, she started asking how we want it fixed. I simply said that the transition needs to be smoother and those steps she created should not be visible. After she somewhat fixed it and was done, I noticed she did not even blow out the cut hair pieces that were all over my son’s face. I asked her to please clean it up and she did not even apologize or say anything. While my son was standing so she can blow out the hair pieces from his face she even stepped on his foot. This was the clumsiest barber or hair stylist that I have ever encountered. To me it seems this lady never had any training except for maybe working as a landscaper and mowing lawns. I would not trust this location with my or my family’s hair ever again.

I had let a friend cut my hair (she is licensed) but it turned out so uneven. I cut off 4 inches so I couldn’t really put it in a bun to hide the hack job and was on the verge of tears! Kayla was able to fix my hair and make it look how it was supposed to! She was so nice and pleasant, we had a nice conversation the whole time. I will be going back to her from now on.

Staff are very nice and welcoming. Two instances i was just around the closing hours and they accomodated me without any further talks. My hair cuts are always quick & nicely done here. I had a really bad experience at a previous salon with a perm I received. My hair was completely fried … I scheduled a appointment at supercuts to see if any of my hair could be salvaged? Kayla was the first to cut my hair and educate me on the dos and don’t of getting my hair back to a healthy status. Their after Hayley did my next two cuts, color, highlights and also was a really big help in helping me chose what products and vitamins to use to get my hair repaired. I took their advice and my hair is back to being soft,manageable and I’m able to run my fingers through my hair…. After 7 months today I was able to finally color and highlight my hair …. It’s been a long time now that i can finally look in the mirror and smile!! My hair came out great thanks to Hayley & Kayla very professional, caring, great customer service and awesome salonists.
