I always delay my haircuts until my hair is to long. I use the app to check in and just wait till I’m called. Unlike others they feel they checked in so need to be serviced asap. Other people are waiting before them and they are often rude. So after checking in on phone I told them I made appt on app and they said ok be right with you. I sat down and got my phone out to kill time as I waited. I was barely bout to turn on phone when I heard my name called. This surprised me and I went to the chair. The stylist was very nice and asked few questions to get to know each other. My haircut was really simple and fast so the time I had on the chair was very nice. I tipped and thanked the stylist and walked away happy. Best service I ever had in a barber shop.

My Son and I came in for a haircut and had the best experience. Highly recommend Marlene, she is a master of her craft. My Son isn’t the easiest to give a haircut, always squirming and afraid of the trimmers. Marlene was able to put him at ease right away and had the cut done in 5 minutes or less, all time record. When it was my turn, she took an extra second to examine my colics and understand exactly what I was looking for. She took her time and gave me the best cut I’ve ever had. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be going back.

The online booking, short wait time, and the nice manager lady are the only nice things I have to say. Went in with waist length hair, and asked for a trim and color. When Rosie turned me around, she had cut my hair to shoulder length. I specifically showed her how much I wanted trimmed before we started, and said “just a few inches.” I’ve been in shock ever since, and hate my hair!

I was stressed and feeling fragile when I looked at my hair in the mirror and decided I’d feel better if I cut it myself. It did NOT make me feel better, in fact I felt much worse when I emerged from my bathroom with what could best be described as a female mullet. I didn’t have much money for a more expensive cut (and really, is it worth it anyways?), so I stopped at Supercuts. They longest part of my hair was past shoulder length, but I had cut the front parts of my hair up to my cheeks (in an attempt to give myself layers) – So I really thought I was going to have to cut it as short as those choppy layers to make it look good, but the stylist was able to give me a really cute cut – and I couldn’t be happier! We did have to go shorter because I had botched “layers” in the back, but (not unlike an expert sculptist) – she was able to look at my botched hair and see the beautiful shape within the formless blob and chiseled away until it came out! (I’m so sorry I don’t remember the name of the stylist, and I did call back to see if it was in the records, but the records had been switched out so it wasn’t). Since then I’ve also taken my daughter back with another successful visit, and I’ll definitely go back when it’s time for a trim!

I love Super Cuts. Their products and services are wonderful. Heather is amazing. I’ve been with her for about 2 1/2 years now and am very happy with her. She has given me tips as well as helped me with maintaining healthy hair . When I have come in as a walk in and Heather was not in , the others have done a great job as well.
