If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If not negative, the stylist I had yesterday was very nice, but literally did not know what she was doing. My girlfriend covered my roots better than she did a couple months ago, I woke up this morning with gray roots everywhere when I parted it differently than I usually do, I also had a haircut done which I asked for short, medium and long layers. It doesn’t seem like anything was really done,They just look like long layers that I originally had already Not to mention when we were driving home the bottom of my hair still had hair dye in it so she did not wash it out completely. I am more mad at the fact when I spoke to the district manager who happen to pick up the phone when I called this morning, I politely explained the situation and I just asked for a refund I told her that I would go there to prove that I was not lying because I wasn’t going to pay $75 for nothing really getting done and all she did was offer for me to come in and fix it, it’s not about that,It’s not even about fixing it. It’s about wasting my entire effing day there I had stuff to do today,It’s my only other day I have off. I was not going to go sit in a salon chair for them to possibly eff it up again not to mention I traveled 30 min to get there, is a district manager Vicky going to pay for my gas there and back for yesterday and today as well. I don’t think so. I find it completely ridiculous that they can’t give you your money back even with proof,it’s not just one thing that she messed up on it was every single thing and the lack of understanding from the so-called district manager is ridiculous. She basically said too bad it’s a fixable situation so therefore you can’t get your money back. Like what the eff does that even mean? That means you really have to eff up my hair for me to get my money back? I literally paid for nothing to be done to my hair, what service did I exactly pay for the? Nothing Vicky that’s what ,I wanted my roots done and a haircut. I think the only thing she got partially right was doing my eyebrows, she could’ve at least offered a refund for the hair color. I would’ve gladly paid for everything else, even though the haircut was not what I wanted. I find her customer service horrendous all she wants is money and she doesn’t really give a eff if Their stylists do the job or not correctly horrible manager and horrible customer service. (The stylist was very sweet though) so I feel bad for her but that isn’t the case here

I am picky about my hair and how it’s cut and who cuts it. I’ve been going to this Supercuts location for almost 3yrs now. I will only have 2 stylists cut my hair- Jeanette and Monica. They both are personable, friendly, professional and accommodating. Never an unhappy customer with these 2. As long as they’re there, I will continue to patronize them.

Customer service here is awful. I got skipped in line because the lady can’t cut hair short. Had to wait for the other stylist who was coloring someone’s hair. What a waste of 30 min and still got no cut. Will never return.

I am very disappointed, first I didn’t get what I wanted but I accepted that because they have a store rule about not bleaching roots, but I got my hair bleached and then dyed a red going into this purple color and I spent about $400 on my mothers and my hair and my hair not even a week later starts fading the purple isn’t even my hair anymore and the roots just look faded, I dont remember the girls name that did my hair but I did everything she told me to do to keep the color, wash with cold water and I even bought their shampoo and conditioner that was $18 EACH!! I’d give this place a 0 star rating if I could.

Hair cut was good. But it seemed like every time I had a scheduled appointment that I got to on time, I’d still have a 20-40min wait. One time I got there for my scheduled appointment, and there was a man there without an appointment. I heard one of the women say, “he has an appointment” and the other woman asked me, “is it alright if I take him first instead?” I wish I said no, because that wait was 40min.

I had a really bad experience with Antoinette. Not only did she rush through my haircut, but she also did it in a very rough way (the WHOLE time). Also, she said little to nothing throughout my entire visit outside of how I would like my hair cut. When she did speak, she had a tone when asking clarifying questions. Because of all this, I did not feel comfortable telling her what I wanted and felt belittled as a customer.
