We checked in online for a 630 time slot. Arrived about 10 minutes early. Hair stylist was with a customer. She greeted us and we sat down. She continued to work on her customer all the while the 2nd hairstylist was doing closing duties that should have been done after the salon was closed. She looked at us multiple times but continued to sweep, change trash, organize things, etc. This is terrible customer service. She could have easily taken care of my husband’s hair cut and we could have been on our way but we sat there for well over 30 minutes before the other hair stylist was finished with her customer. My husband checked in online for 630 and did not get his hair cut started until 656. I understand wanting to get things done so you can leave and go home after the day but to leave a customer sitting there for over 30 minutes when his hair cut would only take about 10 to 12 minutes is horrible customer service. Closing duties could have been continued after taking care of the customer first. So disappointing to see how horrible customer service is getting.

poor customer service. so i call ahead of time and ask if i can come in for all over color. she tells me to come by 4pm but not so confident about it. so i come right at 357p. i come in and shes all flabbergasted. like im an inconvenience. then tells me she cant do it. wish i wouldve got her name. next time dont tell me to come if you are unsure.

Well Kim made those nerves go away the second I was in her chair. She made sure I was comfortable with the length taken off before cutting and was able to fix the mess that is my hair and did a beautiful job doing it. I would highly recommend her to anyone because this is probably one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. I will definetly be back. I received a haircut from Kim (I believe) and she was excellent! It was just a trim but she noticed an issue with the original cut that was causing a weird “hole” and fixed it! I will definitely come back here. Plus it’s so close to my favorite Frys it’s a perfect stop before/after shopping.

Overall, the entire staff was very friendly and outgoing. Sarah did my hair and she is amazing. I came in needing my hair fixed. Sarah was friendly, caring and knew exactly what she was doing! She fixed my hair, and cut it PERFECTLY. I left the salon with a smile on my face and confidence. Needless to say, I will be back every time I need my hair done!
