I am never stepping foot in this place again. Exactly last week on Saturday. I came in for my birthday to get my hair done then I showed the redhead exactly what I wanted but in the end. It’s not what I wanted. My hair is not even, my right side of my hair so short that you can see my neck on my left side it’s to my shoulder and my hair is too short in general it’s not what I showed her in the photo and she didn’t color my hair correctly at all. I paid $170 of some thing I didn’t even ask for it and and I was there for about 4 to 5 hours. I have never been so angry with a hair salon in my life. I have a Christmas card coming up and I want to cancel it but it’s my daughter’s first Christmas.

Thanks, the last visit I got a wonderful haircut from Betty, she’s a very friendly stylist and I’m glad I stopped in. I hope that I can maintain my hair like this. They recommended some salon quality shampoo and styling creme, which was very affordable. Hope Betty is reading this, you really made my day.

The stylists at this location are always friendly and do a wonderful job. I was hesitant to come here because I’ve always heard mixed reviews about Supercuts in general (not specifically this location), but they exceeded my expectations! My husband and all our children (girls and boys, including a toddler) get their hair done at this location now.

I showed the lady exactly how I wanted it and specifically told her to keep it in the same style I had it in. I showed her a picture twice. My whole family gets our hair cut by Edna! Highly recommend her! She’s the only person I trust to cut not only my hair (which is thick, full, short, but looks great with a shorter hair cut done by Edna) but I trust her with my families hair also, we drive an hour round trip to see her. Please please give her a try! She’s friendly, personable, and great at what she does! Definitely talkative & makes going to the salon a great experience. Easy conversation from a great person where you leave with a great cut every time. 🙂

Sadly I don’t remember the stylist name that did my hair but she did an amazing job. A few times I’ve gotten my hair cut here and it’s always to my liking and they make sure to not be rough but they are always fast when cutting my hair. The price is average for nowadays but it’s worth it. I recommend if you have kids to bring them here. Good conversation as well.

My toddler and I walked in and nobody greeted or asked us to sign in. After 30 plus minutes of waiting the person that came in after us got called to get a haircut. This person was also a walk in. This is not fair. We ended up leaving. I respectfully let the staff know what happened and she just said I can call back Monday and speak to the manager.
