Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in at the same time as another person and opened the door for her. It turns out there was only one stylist there so that meant I went from no wait to a 30 minute wait. I made a flippant remark about how if I had gotten there a few second earlier, there would have been no wait. The stylist said “Well we were busy all morning” in a surprisingly indignant tone. I chuckled and said something like ‘cool, it is just kinda interesting that one minute makes a 30 minute difference. Just had another great experience at this Supercuts. It’s so easy and convenient to get online for an approximate wait time, then show up and wait just a bit for a hairstylist. Today I met with Carol who completely understood what I wanted, was friendly and professional, and did a great job. I keep thinking that maybe I should go pay more somewhere else for a fancier experience, but ‘why’? In the 2 1/2 years I’ve been coming here, they have always done a great job and I receive compliments by others after each cut. Enjoy!

I am so pleased with the service and attention to detail that was given to me at this location. I called in ahead of time and was told that they were busy and what the current wait time was – so I headed in and when I got there, she was ready for me. Heidi was very attentive and listened to what I wanted as my cut is a combination of a few and also needed to make sure my colic’s worked with the flow of the cut. THANK YOU!! I will recommend this location to all who want a great haircut!
