The place itself isn’t bad, I had an excellent hairdresser prior to my recent visit. However, during this visit, I got a hairdresser who literally didn’t know how to cut hair. I was telling him how to cut it. He didn’t even section my hair. He almost cut my fringe with an electric razor before I stopped him. I went home and had to fix my hair myself. I am giving this review out of concern that someone possibly unqualified is being trusted to cut other’s hair. I didn’t catch his name, but he was an older guy wearing a colorful shirt. If you come here to get your hair cut, try to avoid him.

Apparently this place hires anyone with a pulse not qualified cosmetologist. My rating would be zero stars but i can’t choose that. I asked for 3 inches to be trimmed and I have curly hair. I did ask for no layers so the gentleman brushed all of my hair to the back, took his scissors and cut straight across and called it done. Typically there is some hair lifting done so hair is cut in sections as well as from slide to back and checking that all sides are even. Nope, not this guy. My 13 year old would have done a better job. I will never return here.

The person that cut my hair took an attachment for clippers out of a drawer that said dirty, sprayed it briefly with literal Lysol and then proceeded to cut my hair with it. Didn’t wet my hair at all so I was showered in little hair pieces. Cut doesn’t look bad but was not a great experience.

couldnt even give me a low fade like i asked (bare minimum) basically buzzed me, uneven, too narrow and not what i asked for.. close but idk what it is with barbers that just dont know when to stop cutting or at least check in with the customer about the length.. being generous with the 2 stars cause im sure there are exceptions.. make sure you know your barber or ask if they can do this for you

Amazing! Staff is beyond friendly and a really great environment. My stylist took her time and ensured that my hair was cut properly. My stylist actually fixed what Great clips across the street messed up on. I will never go to great clips again. Staff there was rude, obnoxious, vulgar, cursing and made everyone uncomfortable with constant sexual remarks etc. 1000% recommend Supercuts!

I can’t believe I went here. My hair is a mess!! I’m so disappointed. I should have said something instead of being nice. I even showed the lady how I wanted it and it doesn’t not look the way in my picture. I’m finding hair that is longer on both sides of my head. My hair is way too short and a mess. I came here to fix it and they gave me awful haircut. Please get your people back in training.

I booked a 5:30 pm appointment, and arrived a little late at aroind 5:35 pm. I waited about 10 minutes, then the barber told me he was closing and I had to leave. I told him I had an appointment, and he told me the appointment feature was a COVID response that they’re no longer using. I’ve been going to Supercuts for about 8 years now, and have always booked my appointments ahead of time. I told him this, and he said sorry and had me leave anyway. I was respectful, but I was very disappointed.
