I came in with my two girls to get our haircut. Our stylist Daelyn was amazing! She took the time to listen to what we wanted and did a wonderful job! She was especially amazing with my 3 year who hadn’t gotten her haircut beforehand. She talked to her and took time to get her comfortable. We definitely will be back! I had been taking my 4 year old to her since 2019 when she worked at cool cuts 4 kids and just took my 18 month old to her today and no matter how much he moved around she still did an amazing job with working with him and on his hair. We came here as a last minute resort. I was excited to try them, we needed haircuts for back to school, and I have never been here. My husband’s and my son’s hair was cut uneven, some wasn’t cut at all along the hairline and I had to fix both of theirs…. so, I think the person needs a bit more practice. Worst Experience ever!!!!! I showed up at 5:15pm for my 5:30 pm apt and no one was even there and the doors were locked and lights off. I understand if an emergency comes up but at least place a note on the door or call the clients to let them know you have to cancel. Edit: the area manager called and apologized and I greatly appreciate the call.
