Twice I’ve tried to check in on separate occasions and seen a 0 minute wait time but couldn’t check in. Showed up at the salon and was told they couldn’t help me until the next day. Could’ve checked in elsewhere and started my wait time there if I had known. They also tend to be more expensive than other salons that provide similar or better haircuts. Not using this place again.

Booked several hours in advance and came to my designated “booked” slot and waited for 40 min after my time and they still took someone ahead of me because I wasn’t with that stylist. This is not the first time I’ve waited longer than 20 min after my “booked” time. I was coming in for a quick bang trim. A bang trim takes less time than a men’s supercut. There’s no time management or extra staff. I would’ve appreciated a notice of a wait longer than 15 minutes. It would’ve allowed me to choose to book for another time or choose a different salon. It was disrespectful of my time and of the stylists.

The guy who cut my hair was wonderful. He is so good. If you are looking for a real professional go to the North Salt Lake location. I was so happy that he spent more then just twenty minutes doing my hair. The only bad thing was there computer check in didn’t work very well.

Critical: PunctualityI was disappointed in the wait time and terrible service. I set an appointment for 6pm and showed up a little early . Someone had arrived right before I got there and was already in the chair. There was only one person on duty so it was pointless to schedule an appointment when I basically had a 30 min wait anyways. The one staff that was on duty goes on to say she doesn’t know how to cut my hair in the style I want because it is out of style and she hasn’t done it forever. She also said my hair layers were too long for her to cut. She told me to come back another time for a cut because she didn’t feel comfortable cutting my hair after I was insulted and had already waited 30 min! Ridiculous!
