I went in with long hair and wanted to cut it to shoulder length to get all the damage off ..I told her shoulder length and she put hair in a pony tail …I thought she would ask about the length ..but she just cut ..it’s so short I can do anything with it …it looks terrible ..no shape at all ..very disappointed Haircut

Carmen, the manger, is so rude! I was waiting for a haircut and she rudely told a customer that was paying for a haircut to hurry while signing receipt. She told the customer she was in a hurry to get it of there. Obviously she shouldn’t be the manager of this establishment if that’s the way she’s going to treat the customers.
