Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. We went to Supercuts today for my husband to get a haircut. The two ladies working never bothered greet us, ask if we’d checked-in online or offer to check us in. It was only after another customer, who apparently made an appointment came in and said haircut for….(her name) did they offer to check him in. They were slow to clean up their stations after finishing with their customer. Still never saying anything as simple as we’ll be with you in a minute. They made eye contact several times, giving the feeling of…Oh, you’re still here. Finally my husband decided they didn’t deserve our money and we headed down the road to Great Clips where we were immediately acknowledged and welcomed.

The stylist w the blue hair is awful! Ive gicen her 2 chances. My 4 year old needed a fade. I specifically asked for a 2 to 3. He got a one length buzz cut. When i brought it to her attention she said “oh metal clippers cut closer…” never in my life have i heard THAT excuse. Ok maybe fades arent her thing. I let her do my hair. Its long thick with preexisting layers. I asked for a trim andnto cut another layer into my hair. I left with all my hair the same length. I dont care how cheap it was, i wont be back.

I haven’t had my hair cut in a few years because last time I went somewhere they cut it from my waist all the way to my shoulders. Tragic. But! Thanks to these guys at Supercuts I got exactly what I had asked for (which was super basic) and I don’t have to deal with dead and fried ends. Thanks a bunch!

The staff was extremely snippy, snappy and flat out rude. I realize we all have bad days. So i was willing to try again. When I tried again, I experienced the same result. With an added terrible haircut.My sister also had the same experience. My last visit I was the only customer in the store the whole time. Staffed seemed very annoyed and put off. That I was there. And couldn’t get me out fast enough.. I have frequented this location for years. When I wanted a spontaneous haircut. Never again.

I only go here to get my hair cut or the West Side. The girls have always been great and always walk out Happy! Basia, April, and Regina are the only ones that have cut my hair between the two locations. They are always super friendly, and make sure to follow all Covid-19 Guildelines and Precautions. Masks are required to enter/get your hair cut, New Clean Capes are always used, and they also do a Contact Tracing survey as the check you in. Thank-You Ladies! You’re Awesome!
