Had a 10:00am appointment on Sunday. At 10:15 before I even got seated, the manager fired my stylist for her attitude. The mgr apologized but did not offer to honor my appointment. This was an embarrassing moment for both the stylist and me. Your manager needs to have some customer service training. She was inappropriate in firing the stylist in a room of people (instead of waiting until end of shift) and for not honoring an appointment made in advance. Poor management and customer skills.

I’ve never had a bad experience here after coming a few times over the course of a year/year and a half. My hair is kindof odd and hard to work with all the cowlicks (I have 4 with short hair so it’s pretty obvious) and all the hair stylists I’ve been to just cut it back, only for it to grow visible in 2 weeks. I’ve come to accept it. Two days ago I went in for a haircut and I got Tatianna, she was very easy to talk to AND worked with my hair instead of chopping it all back. It’s by far the best haircut I’ve had in a while, maybe even the best haircut ever. It looks great, and people who have known me for a while and have seen my hair at it’s best/worst have told me it’s not choppy and blends really well. Definitely will be booking with her specifically again! Thank you Tatianna!

I called trying to make an appointment and I was trying to explain my schedule so we could figure out a time and the woman on the phone hung up on me. Sometimes I have problems with my words and she had no patience. I will never use Super Cuts ever again.

Renee cut my 2-year-old daughter’s hair like she wasn’t was screaming and wiggling around. She’s very talented. She also, cut my hair for only 15 minutes and it came out really nice. I appreciate that they don’t hold me up so they can charge more. Some hairstylists would tell you their whole life stories and you’ll end up sitting on the barber chair for an hour just for a simple hair cut. If you’re a busy person and wants a very good haircut I highly recommend Renee. Also, if you have a child who hates haircut, Renee knows exactly how to do it!

Overall, was not impressed with the quality of haircuts (3 total) nor the customer service when we first arrived. Kind of felt as though we were not welcomed at first so I figured the lady was just having a bad day, however when a gentleman walked in for a cut, he got a completely different response from her and she was much friendlier. When asked, the one employee did fix the areas of the haircut that were very uneven and I did tip both ladies for their time, but we will not be returning. I also had an error with my debit card being overcharged, but that was fixed the following day.

As resident of Pueblo West on the South side of Highway 50, off Purcell, this is one of the closest places I can go to get a haircut. I have went here, about once every month or two, for about two years. Theres two stylists that seem to know what they’re doing, and everyone else is terrible at their job. Whether they don’t listen to what you asked for, or are straight up rude; the bad apples make the bunch rotten. Unless you schedule an appointment, you’re gonna get terrible service. You can’t get haircuts on the fly, if 90% of the staff can’t cut hair right. Come here if you like wearing hats forever. I myself, have had enough of this insanity and I’m over it.

Oh my gosh – got the best haircut from such a sweet woman. I apologize for not getting her name, my husband comes here all the time. She was calm, so relaxed and listened really well. I’m getting so many compliments from long hair to a layered haircut with bangs. Super great job. They get booked quick, so definitely call first.

Terrible service. Scheduled a 5:30 pm appointment, they confirmed 530 just to tell me when I walk in they are booked, I said I called in for a 530 and was told it was set for 5. I explained no it was confirmed for 530, the lady then said she had someone scheduled for 530 for her specifically. Can’t believe they won’t honor there appointments when they get a personal request to get a cut from them. I scheduled my appointment in the early morning to have it ignored and replaced with a regular. Worst service.
