I showed it to Melanie, and she preceded cutting my hair with a razor. Watching the 4 inches I had cut off, and the finished style I had when she was finished, was awful! It was all uneven, very, very short. The last two months of grow out has been terrible, looking at this mess everyday. I came here a couple months ago to get a style I thought would be cute. I showed it to Melanie, and she preceded cutting my hair with a razor. Watching the 4 inches I had cut off, and the finished style I had when she was finished, was awful! It was all uneven, very, very short. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this store this morning to get my daughters hair cut, we made the appointment online as their sign stated and then went up and the First Lady Carole was rude right off the bat, we waited in our car as they requested and when we went up Randy was standing outside the door looking at us with a stank face right away. She said “what are we doing to her hair” I told her and she stated I need to wait outside, I let her know my daughter is under 18 and will not go in alone. She said it’s a STATE MANDATE that only the person getting a haircut can go in, I let her know they were both very rude and that we would take our business elsewhere. I will never be back and I will also let family and friends know. I went to Great Clips on 120th and they were amazing and let me know that there is no state mandate stating what she told me! I’m furious! Randy is a terrible manager and they both have terrible customer service.Update: I did not ask to sit in the lobby but I should be able to go only our establishment with my underage child. Making parents trust you all with their kids is ridiculous. Not one person was in here besides the two women, maybe if customers were more important then standing outside smoking. We have had other stylist’s cut his hair and complete mess it up but Randi was able to fix it. I definitely recommend her to anyone!!!Service: Hairstyling

I have had only good experiences every time.That being said, my last two cuts were done by Lynn, and wow, they are exceptional. She works at a perfect pace, not too fast (she doesn’t rush her work) and also not too slow.Lynn offers fun conversation and overall her personality is very inviting, warm and genuine.If you’re “picky” about your haircut or not, I would absolutely recommend Lynn, she knows what she is doing. I always walk out feeling more confident and you truly cannot put a price on that. Thank you so much!PS.
