I am very disappointed with this place, first come first serve is not true. I was the third person in line waiting for them to open on time (which they didn’t). When they finally opened, I was told they would not be able to service my three little boys because there were other people in front of us. So they wanted us to come back some time in the afternoon (forget about waiting in line). I guess thats where we are at folks, people want to find excuses to not have to work. When I politely said we would never come back because of their practice of online booking, I was told, “Ok”. If your a parent, I would strongly suggest you find a new place to get your kid’s haircut’s. It is evident this place does not want your business.

The haircuts are great. The only thing keeping me from posting a 5 star review, is it’s almost impossible to reach them over the phone. They only do haircuts by appointment now and they only schedule same day appointments. If you don’t get them on the phone within 10 minutes of being open, you’re not getting your haircut that day. Don’t bother leaving a message either, I have not once received a phone call back from them after leaving a message.

Says there is 15 min wait. No one was in the salon but they refused service and stated I needed an appointment. Total waste of time trying to go there. It’s always some reason why they don’t take you. Just avoid this place.

This was a horrible decision! The broad that cut my hair either didn’t know what she was doing or didn’t care about what I wanted. I went in with my hair a little below my waist. All I wanted was a shoulder length long layered face framing cut and I walked out looking like Lord Farquhar from Shrek! My hair is uneven and it took approximately 7 mins for her to hack off my hair and say she was done! I was trying to be ok with it, I mean it’s just hair it’ll grow back.. Right? As the day went on I sat in my car and cried. I finally called and demand my money back. Unfortunately I received $7 and my card was still charged… Do not let Gina touch your hair!

Why would you quote me a half hour when you had a family of 6 scheduled ahead of me?(They had not arrived when I checked into my appointment 5 minutes early, I would have seen them and said no thank you) You were running an hour over time. Honest quote times are just common curtesy. I have other things to do as well this evening. Because of your unprofessional and greedy work ethic, I was unable to get a haircut today. Going to supercuts really helped fix the damage that going to great clips in fort Lupton did to my hair. The stylist Shelby really fix my hair she evened out all of it to her it now falls evenly and I can tell that as it grows and I keep going back to Shelby at Supercuts it will be an actual haircut that will make me feel more confident about myself she is amazing and I really recommend her and all the girls at Supercuts by the King Sooper in the Brighton shopping market

Terrible customer service. You try to book online and it says you have to use the app, then you download the app and it says you have to call, then you call and nobody answers the phone, then you stop by and they tell you they’re booked for the day. Awesome, just awesome.
