Critical: QualityDO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. My hair is ruined. It’s horrific. I asked for a trim- just above the shoulders with light layers. You can see what my hair looked like before in the last photo. The cut seemed decent at the salon. It was shorter than I wanted, but it looked ok in the front. I didn’t realize the crime scene in the back until I got home and realized that huge chunks of my hair were missing. I could handed a blind raccoon a pair of scissors and I would have gotten a better haircut. The hairdresser had no idea what he was doing and should not be licensed to cut hair.UPDATE: This happened on Saturday. On Sunday all the hair salons were closed. Thankfully someone was able to see me on Monday to fix it so I could go to work. My hair was so bad I COULDNT SHOW UP TO WORK. She had to cut my hair very short in order to fix his mess. I am devastated because my HAIR IS GONE and it will take years to grow back. I wish I had gotten the guy’s name because he needs to be fired. If your response to my complaint is that the employee usually gets great reviews, please show me where. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE. My hair is ruined. It’s horrific. I asked for a trim- just above the shoulders with light layers. You can see what my hair looked like before in the last photo. The cut seemed decent at the salon. It was shorter than I wanted, but it looked ok in the front. Some lengths of my hair are shorter while others are longer. I went and got my haircut on Friday at around 3pm. The guy who cut my hair cut my hair uneven. It’s two different lengths. Some lengths of my hair are shorter while others are longer. The guy was nice, but wasn’t exactly paying attention to cutting my hair since a movie was on, as I noticed he would look at the movie while cutting my hair.

Critical: QualityYesterday was my third time getting a haircut from them. The first two were fine so that’s why I gave two stars instead of one. Yesterday however was a zero star haircut. I asked for shorter sides blended to the top also trimming the top. One side of my hair kinda resembles what I asked for while the other had no blending. A line going from short to long and it’s not even straight. A little tuft of long hair is below this line. Uneven as could be. Also asked for a beard trim. She went over my beard once and missed a lot of hairs, to the point I had to go over it with my own shears. It seemed like she was trying to rush me out of the chair because this haircut was under 10 minutes. My sister works at a supercuts in a different state and she was appalled by the quality I received. I hope the women who cut my hair enjoys her $10 tip because she didn’t deserve any of it. Yesterday was my third time getting a haircut from them. The first two were fine so that’s why I gave two stars instead of one. Yesterday however was a zero star haircut. I showed up and he seemed agitated and I asked how his morning was going. He said he was tired. He spent 5 minutes on my hair and after I left I noticed some still longer pieces than the rest of my hair left over. I had to trim these off at home. I can only guess he might’ve been hung over from a party the night before. But that’s no excuse for the lack of care, attention and professionalism. I had made my appointment the day before and the guy on the phone seemed annoyed when I asked the earliest I could get in the next morning. I showed up and he seemed agitated and I asked how his morning was going. He said he was tired.
