What is there to get a haircut, based on the hours they have listed I thought I could put my name in to get a cut on Saturday as I’m out of town all the wedding. They have a big sign on the door saying haircuts by appointments only, would be nice if they had that on the website. Certainly not the standard for Supercuts.

I scheduled an appointment for a haircut then i got a call that that they were closing early because of the weather so they re-scheduled me for the next day but when i showed up the next day on my scheduled time they were closed, they didn’t even bother to call this time to say they were closing early AGAIN. It seems like there always closing early because this is not the first time they do this to me and they never have appointments, i went to great clips and got a haircut that same day!

Went in there on tuesday afternoon. Not a single person besides the 1 worker. Was told there would be a 3 hour wait. While looking for a new place to start going an write this review I was in front for 10 min. and not a single person went in. Not sure why they are turning me away since I wasn’t even given a reason but I will not be back again.

I had been coming here for years with no issues. Today I went in and received the worst haircut I have ever had from someone named Sarah. Maybe she can cut men’s hair but certainly not long women’s. Here is why: I was was turned away from the mirror the entire time and had no idea what was happening or what my cut even looked like, I asked to keep the length and she cut off 6 inches without even a warning, I asked for an angle with layers and it is choppy all over. Somehow looking longer in the front than in the back. Definitely not what I asked for. She didn’t even part my hair or let me part it before she cut it. I have never been more upset about a haircut. And she didn’t apologize or take any responsibility for the obviously poor job she had done. I called to voice my frustration and the manager offered to fix it but I honestly never want to step foot in there again. If you are a woman and care about your hair- don’t risk going here. I understand I was taking a chance going to a chain like this and now I will never go here or any Supercuts again.
