Went for regular haircut, asked politely if I can do walk in, the employee kept repeating we are booked until 4 pm. I understand what that means but never answered my question it’s by appointment only or walk in’s are accepted. If walk-ins are not accepted please update it at the door or make it clear on app. Very rude behavior! Will never go again to this branch. And by the way there was no one the employee was attending so the employee could have done my haircut!

I wish there was a score lower than 1 star. Avoid this location at all cost. The manager at this store is a sarcastic piece of work. When brought to her attention that the web site was in error showing a 0 wait time.. her response was we have no control over that, don’t you see all the people sitting in the waiting room. After a further verbal exchange, she threatened me with the existence of cameras. To Super Cuts franchise leadership, this is your brand. This sarcastic manager clearly soured my opinion of who you offer a franchise to and how easy you make it to do business with. It would have been so easy to just state I am sorry for the inconvenience and give any impression that my time was valuable and my attempt to do business with her was important. I will repeat…avoid her, avoid the store for as long as she is the manager.

The absolute best! I walked in and noticed they were busy which is always a good sign. A really cool lady named Kathy approached me and we chatted about my concerns and she knew EXACTLY what I needed. Can’t say enough great things about this SuperCuts location!
