I didn’t really know how to explain what I wanted bu she talked through each step and she gave me the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. . I look forward to going back to have my new look maintained in a month. The store was very clean and the staff was kind and professional. I dropped in without an appointment and the nice ladies took me in right away. Angie took the time to listen to me. I didn’t really know how to explain what I wanted bu she talked through each step and she gave me the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. . I look forward to going back to have my new look maintained in a month. The store was very clean and the staff was kind and professional. Great place to-go for an affordable and convenient haircut.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCaroline could of cared less if she had customers or not. Had to wait for 10 minutes plus while she was on a personal phone call. Then demanded to sho proof of vaccination, even though the sign said no mask required for those that were vaccinated. Argued about what hair cut I wanted.I will absolutely never go back there due the absolutely horrible customer service I received. Caroline could of cared less if she had customers or not. Had to wait for 10 minutes plus while she was on a personal phone call. Then demanded to sho proof of vaccination, even though the sign said no mask required for those that were vaccinated. Argued about what hair cut I wanted.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely horrid experience! My husband asked for a very specific yet simple trim and fade! He told DELORIS she was cutting it too short and she then told him she had to even it out that did not happen! It is completely uneven and the “fade” is not a fade at all ! It looks like she just cut it very short with safety scissors! There are uneven spots all over his head! He said he was unhappy with it but he paid her anyway. I called immediately when he came home and explained to her the situation with his hair she was unapologetic and said there’s nothing they can do since he already paid and never even gave him a receipt! I asked for her first and last name she refused to give me her last name ! I informed her I was contacting Corp she didn’t care. He is on his way to Floyd’s to get it fixed! terrible location and I will never recommend this place to anyone !! I wanted a refund and she laughed! Absolutely horrid experience! My husband asked for a very specific yet simple trim and fade! He told DELORIS she was cutting it too short and she then told him she had to even it out that did not happen! It is completely uneven and the “fade” is not a fade at all ! Not only is she spot on with my cut every time but she is always one-upping herself with my fade every visit I make, and I only go to her!
