Waited just about 2 hours to have a simple haircut with Rola only for her to lounge around instead of doing her job and then for her to rudely tell me that she is leaving for the day! While I waited for my appointment 3 walk-ins were helped right away with no wait! I guess if you want to wait you make an appointment and if you don’t want to wait you just walk in with no appointment! I’m very confused! Looks like I’m not coming back! No thank you!

Krystal does a great job. I personally don’t explain clear enough exactly how I want my hair cut sometimes and if I go home and discover it is too long on top for instance, I will come back in a couple days later and she fixes it.

so yk i just wanted a clean up i really liked how it was i just wanted it evened out i but tried cutting it myself but i couldn’t seem to get it right so i thought i would get it done professionally and i rly did like the langth i just wanted it evened out but she literally chopped off like a whole year worth off of my hair and i’m rly upset cus it’s not what i asked for at all and i rly did like my hair before. other then that the service was alright.

Khrystal at Supercuts is the best hairstylist/colorist I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a hard year with an immune thyroid disease, and khrystal has made my hair look just as it did before I got sick. There was a nearly 3-hour wait on a random Tuesday (with school in session) at 1 pm. I don’t blame the poor lady (who was the ONLY employee working today and she was very sweet and apologetic… not your fault sweetie) but who runs this business? If it were a high-end salon you would absolutely need an appointment but this is Supercuts. I won’t be back.
