Husband went in for a simple man’s haircut, literally take 5-10minutes. There was a sign on the door that they were on lunch until 2pm so he waited. Two ladies walked in and my husband he was the only person in the salon and they both told him they couldn’t help because they were booked. Not only did that suck but the service was not okay!!!!!!!! Doubt give it even a one star but had too.

Absolutely not satisfied, this was my second visit to this salon to retouch my highlights. as I have dark hair, I understand the hair Color process, that my hair will be reddish more than Carmel, this was the reason for my second visit. Instead of working over the reddish hair to lighten to the next shade Carmel the stylist pulled whatever hair and I ended up with new reddish hair pieces and some lighter color hair tones, the other issue is my new hair tones don’t start near the roots it starts two inches from my root. Normally when highlights grow out this length its time to get the hair redone.

I’ve been going to this location since I moved near it ten years ago. I get a pretty good cut at a decent price. Since COVID they have changed from walk-ins only to appointments only. I personally like it better. No waiting and it’s not the busiest of locations so it pretty easy to get a prompt appointment when I find myself with the time.

Employee Was Racist & Unprofessional! She Told A Man Of A Color That She Would Not Cut His Hair Because His Hair Type Would Dull Her Scissors. Then Called 911 Because A Person Of Color Walked In And Asked A Question About It. I Really Hope Supercuts Will Take Action On This Woman Immediately. Employee Had Dark Brown Hair & Glasses Possibly In Her Late 40’s. Awful!
