The blond photo is what I showed my stylist and gave her the very specific description of the cut I wanted; a short square bob with a slight undercut that would be covered by my bob. And yet somehow she got it in her head that I wanted an inverted a line bob. I was beyond mortified. I don’t know how this miscommunication occurred but I will never return here again.

Critical: PunctualityCalled ahead at around 10:30 to be seen at 12:30, I arrived 15 minutes early. Sat in line for about 30 minutes AFTER checking in before going to ask the girl at the front desk what the problem was. She said the call ahead is not a “scheduled appointment” but rather an estimated vacancy time.She then proceeded to tell me that there were two clients still ahead of me that still needed to be serviced. So I asked what the estimated wait time would be. She couldn’t give me a time… All she said was that she could schedule me for a later time if necessary…So, my question is this… You’re telling me that your shop operates on estimated wait times and you can call ahead to be seen at a desired time, but then you tell me you can’t know for sure what time I can be seen? How exactly does that work?I think the only explanation is that you are slotting guests ahead of me that have not called ahead. Which would, essentially, defeat them purpose of the call ahead system.Just adhere to the prescribed timeline… if it takes an average of 15 minutes per haircut than schedule it that way… manage your timeline.
