Made an appointment for me and my husband and were waiting for a while. People kept coming in without an appointment. After seeing they weren’t calling us I went up to counter and the person that was supposed to check us in did not do it. I was not mad at the girl that told me that we were not checked in , but everyone there saw us waiting and no one asked us at least what time our appointment was . Please be courteous and if you see someone there more than 30 minutes at least ask. Disappointed

Used to absolutely love this place but sadly won’t be returning to this location again. Asked for a 2 on my sides, square in back and just an inch and a half off the top. Instead I got one side of my top to be only 1 inch long while the rest of my hair was 5 inches long. Had to shave my head down to the 1 inch all over just so it’ll grow correctly.

Ruby is the greatest, prices are reasonable, but giving it two stars. So I walk in didn’t have an appointment since they normally accepted walk in and it’s in their door states walk in welcome. Well this receptionist obviously doesn’t have the customer service said no walk ins. So I said ok, can I book an appointment? She said you have to call so I am like I’m in front of her being said. she wouldn’t do the appointment bc it’s for the same day, or do it the next day. Really are you serious you don’t book appointment for the future or book one in person? Only over the phone. And it has to be the same day.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWorst customer service ever from the desk staff, not the stylist. They say call ahead for a time to keep down traffic in the lobby. I call for a time. I arrive at my time and they have other people go to my stylist at my time. Why have us call ahead for a spot to reduce traffic if you’re not going to honor that spot?!?! If it were walk-in service as it used to be, then I totally get it, but if I have to call for a time to come, then hot or that time.
