On)y 1 person there at the time I was there. Only 1 person was ahead of me and she was finishing up with another customer. Only had to wait about 25 minutes after I arrived as a walk-in customer. No discount for seniors and a little pricey at $ 22.00 for a 10 minute trim. Very pleasant and professional personnel.

My daughter wanted her tips dyed for her 10th birthday. She called in and made the appointment herself, as well as getting a basic price quote. I did the same behind her just to make sure. We arrived a few minutes early and began to wait. Each time an employee was able, we were nicely told it would be just a few more minutes. About 45 minutes after the appointment time my daughter made it to the chair. Once in the chair, she asked how long it would be because Dad didn’t need to babysit a big 10 year old. 40 minutes at the most was the answer. A few more minutes or just a bit longer was the answer for the next 3 hours. When we got to the counter 4 hours after the original appointment to pay for the job that we were told would take 40 minutes, the bill was more than 3x what was quoted. Not wanting to destroy the birthday anymore, or explain how the birthday money wasn’t going to be enough, I paid and smiled. Less than a week later the dye is nearly gone from 3 washes with the color saving shampoo. It isn’t the price or the time, but rather the untruth. We won’t be going back.

Straight up I was like “low fade down to a 2, and cut the top just a bit above my eyes” and she was like “ok” and gave me a crew cut. I feel like Hank hill. By the time I realized where it was going there was no way out other than to see it through. Feel like Forrest Gump. I smiled and tipped still though but broooooo I have a fat face this is not a good look. Objectively not a bad haircut itself though to be fair.

Because of COVID-19, our lives have just been completely disrupted. Who knew that getting a haircut would be so challenging? The ladies on Friday, July 17 (Glenda, Lindsey, and I’m sorry I forgot my other daughter’s stylist’s name ) took care of my twin daughters and me with such grace! Yes, we had to wait in our car for a bit until they were ready for us, but I love that they were mindful and cautious because you cannot be too careful with this virus. Glenda did a great job on my curly hair, and I have gotten lots of compliments! My girls love their haircuts as well. We love Supercuts because the prices are reasonable compared to other places, but it is a less pretentious atmosphere that makes it more comfortable discussing options and concerns with your stylist. They are willing to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and beautiful. Also, they don’t overly promote products but do reasonably offer suggestions for products that would be good for your hair. Supercuts is amazing! ❤️

I left and came back 40 minutes later and call them and told them I was in the parking lot, expecting them to come get me.
